HAIRPIN HOUSE
Hairpin House comprises 237 contemporary and stylish Build to Rent apartments - the first BTR offering in Digbeth.
Drawing inspiration from the site’s historic home once occupied by Kirby Beard & Co, a company that famously invented the Kirbigrip hairpin, the ila (ilivearound) operated building is set across two interconnected builds of five & eight storeys.
Vibrant amenity offerings include street-level frontages, fully fitted one- and two-bedroom apartments, with cosy communal lounges, quiet co-working spaces, roof gardens, and a 24-hour concierge service. There are also 71 vehicles and secure spaces for 242 bicycles.
