PERSHORE STREET PBSA
Pershore Street PBSA will become the first phase in the redevelopment of The Arcadian.
The empty plot will introduce a new part 4, 11 & 15-storey new build, providing 301 studio bedrooms in a building that will act as a catalyst for future phases.
The development will also accommodate two street-level retail units, with amenity space and a fourth-floor roof terrace.
Amenities will include a resident gym and a series of lounges, with workspace, and a secure cycle store for 64.
Public art, a mural or a digital screen, designed by Kelly Lui, is also proposed on the lift core (by way of condition after approval).
