5 Centenary Square will provide 280,863K SF of speculative office accommodation across 10 storeys.

Perfect for an HQ for a single tenant or up to four tenancy divisions (25,848 p/f), the BREEAM 'Excellent' building represents the third phase of Arena Central.

Designed as a modern interpretation of the Portland stone and granite palette of nearby listed buildings, 5CS will have a lower ground floor café/retail unit and a 160-space cycle hub, a 12-car basement level, six lifts, and a top-floor terrace overlooking Centenary Square.
